お店の前を通るといつもテラス席にひとがいっぱい。
満席かな、と思ったら店内は意外とガラガラで、日曜のお昼どきでもゆったりできる。
ここはシンガポール発のカフェ。カヤトーストとコピ！
カヤトーストとトーストウィッチのセットは平日ランチ限定なので、カヤトーストのセットにした。
【カヤトーストセット】950円
ランチには甘いかと思ったけれど、醤油をかけた温泉卵に浸すと甘じょっぱくなって丁度良い。
胡椒はたっぷり掛けると美味しい。
カリッと焼かれた茶色のサンドイッチ食パンに、たっぷりのカヤジャムとバター。かじると溢れそうになる。
カヤジャム、個人的にはココナッツミルク以上に卵の味を強く感じる。卵味のジャムに温泉卵。
ドリンクは無糖練乳入りのコピシーコソン。
珈琲の強い苦味と無糖練乳のコク。今まで飲んだことのない味。
カヤトーストとコピ、シンガポールでは朝食なのだろうが、この濃厚ジャム&バターと濃厚コーヒーは十分昼食になると思う。
コピ、クセになりそう。
