なおじろうレディースセット(麺少なめ)を注文。魚介だし(にぼし？)と豚骨醤油のスープは、想定よりあっさりしていておいしかったです。もやしやキャベツがたっぷりと入っていて、背脂とスープをからめながら頬張るのが最高でした。乳化したスープに、卓上のGABANブラックペッパーをかけるのもまた良き。麺は平たく多少縮れており、スープとの絡みが良い。
