平日の19:05に訪問。
カウンター席は，椅子を一つ飛ばしで座って，ちょうど埋まっているくらいの混み具合だった。
点心のお店だろうけど，「麻婆豆腐セット」を注文した。
結果的には，この選択が大きな失敗となった。
10分弱で料理が提供され，チラっと料理を見ただけで，ご飯がおいしくなさそうなことが分かった。
料理の写真を撮ってから食べ始め，麻婆豆腐の味はいまいちだけど，許容範囲だった。
ただ，やはり，ご飯がおいしくない。
団子に近いようなダマになっていて，これを客に提供していいのかと思うくらいだった。
是非，料理を準備した人にも食べて欲しい。
こんなにおいしくないご飯は，某カレー百名店で食べたインディカ米以来かもしれない。
（このときは，単にインディカ米が好みではなかったからである。）
少し食べてからご飯の写真を撮ったものの，写真ではダマ具合が伝わりづらいのが残念だ。
ダマになるのは，水分が多いことが原因だと思っていたが，調べてみると，どうやらお米自体に問題がある場合に起こりやすいようだ。
あと，茶碗が持てないほど熱かったのも気になった。
ご飯の熱が伝わったという可能性も否定できないが，スープが入っている容器は問題なく持つことができた。
茶碗ごと電子レンジで温めたのだろうか。
レジの周りにディスプレイされていた，色とりどりのPAOはおいしそうだった。
PAOを食べないと，このお店の真価は分からないと思うので，いつかテイクアウトで買ってみたい。
ただ，餅は餅屋とはいうものの，ご飯くらいおいしいものを提供してほしい。
