A friend of mine wanted to eat crab, so I was looking for a crab restaurant, but the price of crab has skyrocketed in recent years, so I'm reluctant to eat crab for dinner in the Ginza area (5 customers per customer) I get the impression that the price has soared to around 10,000. Even so, this crab mitsu has the impression of being relatively reasonable. I felt like it was even better value for lunch, so I went there. By the way, I remember going to Kani Mitsu's Ginza store once in the past. Today I took the plunge and had a hairy crab (large) lunch (13,420 yen). It's a great deal for lunch, but it feels much cheaper than the evening meal. They start off with an appetizer and bring out live crabs for Instagram photos. Here's your photo opportunity. When washing the hairy crab, you will be asked how many legs you would like to use as sashimi. The standard is about 3 pieces. It seems to be a good balance with the dishes that follow. I didn't know much about it, so I followed the recommendation and bought three. The crab washing and sashimi are so sweet. It is sticky, sweet and exquisite. Next was steamed egg custard with a lot of meat, then boiled hair crab stuffed with miso, then again, Chinese dumpling with a lot of meat, grilled in shell, and finally, hair crab chazuke (you can also choose grated yam) for dessert.It was a very satisfying hair crab lunch. All in all, I'm glad I took the plunge and decided on the hairy crab (large)! It is said that eating crab makes you silent, but I forgot to take a lot of pictures of it, perhaps because of this. . . If you want to eat crab, which is becoming popular in Takane, at a reasonable price at a high-end restaurant in the Ginza area, Kanimitsu is recommended.
