It was my first time to visit Kaniya, and I'm glad it was Kanimitsu. Anyway, all the dishes were delicious with a strong crab flavor. The number of legs that can be eaten with sashimi is decided here. Since it was my first time, I ordered 6 crabs, but I regret that I should have ordered 2 crabs as recommended since the crab only tastes sweet after being boiled. LOL The chef did all the work for me, including peeling the crab, so I was able to enjoy every bit of the crab without wasting it! The only thing I wanted was to pair the crab with sake, so I think it would be nice if there were more varieties. I personally think so.
