The customer service from advance phone confirmation of the course to reception and table service was excellent. As for the food, I have had the same course at the Ginza store several times and was very satisfied with it, so this time I invited customers to this new restaurant, but I would like to try other dishes other than hairy crab. I felt a lot of problems. Physically, Sukiyaki doesn't come with warishita or raw egg, shabu shabu doesn't come with maple oroshi or ponzu sauce, clam rice doesn't come with Steak unless you choose steak, etc. Not only was there a shortage, but the courses were unreasonable and the menu was never well-balanced. I think it would be a good idea to review the course structure.
