熱々で甘い出汁巻玉子にクリーミーな明太子ソース

コリッと歯応えある牛タンで噛めば噛むほど肉の旨味が味わえる
サッパリしたタレに新玉葱と牛タンの相性はよかったです
・牛タンしゃぶしゃぶ2人前から
まだ肌寒い時期に食べる鍋は最高しかも牛タンしゃぶしゃぶです
お野菜たっぷり、クタクタに煮たお野菜はトロトロ
でポン酢でいただきました
〆の雑炊なども考えましたがいくら丼が気になりスルーしました

バター醤油で焼いたきのこでバターの風味が良いです。

メニュー見たら〆に頼もうとしてたイクラ丼
丼一面に引き詰められたイクラは塩漬けされてて塩味が良い
そこに黄身が入っててビジュアルも優勝でした
コース料理も充実してて2時間¥1200飲み放題や3時間飲み放題＋お料理が8品〜11品付いて¥3800〜¥6000のコースなどもありコースも良さそうでした
場所的に職場の飲み会、歓送迎会に適してそうです
