2023年4月某日の13時過ぎに訪ねた。
日比谷駅から徒歩3分ほどの場所にある沖縄料理を提供している居酒屋「海人酒房 有楽町店」。
程好い広さの店内には先客5,6名ほど。
程好い広さのテーブル席に1人で座り、QRコードを読み込んでセルフでランチメニューから「ゴーヤチャンプルー定食」¥1,000を注文する。
7,8分ほど待つと料理が提供される。
ゴーヤチャンプルー、もずく、ご飯、スープの組み合わせ。
全体的にボリュームは控えめな印象。ゴーヤチャンプルーにはスパムと玉子が少ないようには感じるが、塩気控えめで味付けは悪くない。ゴーヤの苦みをしっかりと感じながら味わう。島唐辛子と泡盛を合わせたコーレーグースを回しかけて食べると良い感じ。個人的にはゴーヤチャンプルはコーレーグースを味わうための食事と言っても良い存在。
もずくは食感が良く、沖縄料理店らしさを感じる一品。ゴーヤーチャンプルとご飯を食べる合間にもずくとアッサリとしたスープを味わう。
基本的にはヘルシーな食材で構成されているので、カロリー控えめなランチを食べたい人には良いかもしれない。
ランチの定食的に値段を考えると、もうちょっとボリュームが欲しいところ。
清潔感のある居心地が良い店内で沖縄料理が食べられる存在としてはありがたい「海人酒房」。ランチはイマイチな印象だったので、泡盛を飲みながら沖縄料理をつまむのが良い店なのかもしれない。
