東京は日比谷にあるラーメン店、宣の土さんです。
以前もラーメン店だった場所ですが、店が知らん間に変わっていました。
特製ラーメン(\900)を券売機でポチ。
数分で着丼です。
いわゆる九州系の豚骨ラーメン。
細くて硬めの麺です。
スープはそんなに豚臭くなく、とっつきやすい感じです。
調味料類はニンニク粒、紅ショウガ、辛子高菜、コショウ、と結構バラエティーに富んでます。
無料替え玉サービスもあるようですが今日は利用せず。
ノーマルで結構な量です。
