今日は新橋に最近オープンした王道焼肉 豆大福さんへお邪魔しました。
新橋のOKUROJIの内にある豆大福さん…
この日は東京が大雪の為、OKUROJIには余り人が歩いていませんでした、
お店の中も今は入りやすく、皆に認知されるのも時間の問題だなぁと思うお肉のクオリティ！
甘く奥行きのある焼肉のタレにほんのり生姜が香っていました。
豆大福さんはレモンの代わりに高知県の特産の直七をつかっていて丁寧にカットされた牛タンとの相性が抜群。
また東京に来た際には是非お邪魔させて頂きます
