銀座でおでん
12月に入り、暖かい日もありますが、ここは冬らしく温かい食べ物を求めておでん屋さんに。
2014年以降、約5年ぶりでの訪問です。
前回は会社の同僚におでん、接待のKeywordでこちらのお店を紹介してもらいました。
お店到着は19:00、カウンター15席のみのお店。予約で満席の状況。
銀座という場所柄でしょうか、同伴と思しき方が3組、接待と思しき方が2組。
お通しはおでん（豆腐）です。
出汁は関西風。
ビールで乾杯しつつ、まずは定番の大根、はんぺん、たまご、しらたき、つくねをオーダー。
大将が一品、一品を一皿毎に盛り付け、からしもつけてカウンター越しに提供。
出汁がしみ込んだおでん、美味しです(^^)/
追加で数品を頼んで、お腹いっぱい、ご馳走様でした。
以前に伺った時よりお店が綺麗になっていた気がしたので、大将に尋ねたところ、昨年に内装をリニューアルしたそうです。
確かに入口から違いました。
また、伺いたいと思います。

以前から知人と行こうと約束をしていた銀座のおでん。
前回訪問は2019年12月なので、約4年ぶりに訪問です。
お店到着は18時過ぎ。
こちらのお店はカウンター15席のみのお店で予約で満席。
場所柄でしょうか、同伴の方が多いような(笑)
出汁は関西風。
ビールで乾杯しつつ、まずは定番の大根、卵、はまぐり、筍などをオーダー。
大将が一品、一品を一皿毎に盛り付け、からしもつけてカウンター越しに提供。
出汁がしみ込んだおでん、美味しです(^^)/
追加で色々頼んで、気分は日本酒という事で結構飲んだら、お会計は一人一万超えた(笑)。
こちらのお店は値段が出ていないので、旬のものとかオーダーすると、それなり。
美味しく頂きました。
