以前から気になっていたお店で初めて伺いました。
カウンター12席だけ、木札メニューが下げられてお寿司屋さんのような粋な雰囲気です。
お店の名前通りその時節の食材が扱われています。
今回は
はまぐり、大根、牛すじ、紅生姜天、湯葉、生麩、舞茸
食材は風味のきいた薄めのおでん出汁にくぐったあとそれぞれ仕上げに調味料と薬味が載って提供されます。三杯酢、カラシ、胡椒などならではの味付けになるので飽きなく色々楽しめました。
メニューに価格表示がないので少し不安になりますが、銀座という土地柄安くはないけど雰囲気とお味に見合ったお値段だと思います。
