新橋から徒歩3,4分、銀座8丁目あたりの細い小道を入ったところにあるお寿司屋さん。
歴史のあるお寿司屋さんです。
小笹寿司の歴史は紆余曲折あって詳しく書くとボロが出そうなので省略しますが、つまり色んなことがありました。
とりあえずかつて日本一のお寿司屋さんと言われたお店の流れを汲むお店です。
この日は休日のお昼に予約して伺いました。
評価の朝高いお店ですが、直前予約でも入れたりします。
粋やなぁ。
歴史ある風情を残しながらも店内はしっかり綺麗な高級店の佇まいです。
L字のカウンター席。
注文はおまかせでもできるし、好きなネタだけを注文することも可能です。粋やなぁ。
初めてだったのでとりあえずおまかせにして好きなやつは入れ込んでもらう形にしました。
15カン出してもらって15,000円ほど。
シャリがでかい。昔のファストフードだった頃もこのサイズでつまんでたのかな？
わずかに芯が残るくらいのちょうど良い炊き加減で噛み締められます。
お酢はマイルドな米酢で、ネタの味で食べる感じ。その分ネタの味付けはしっかりです。ネタもでかいし。
カワハギ、大トロ、アワビ、アナゴが印象に残りました。
とにかく煮ツメが美味しいです。
アナゴは一本丸々出てきてすごいな。
美味しかったしお勉強にもなりました。味とか雰囲気とかサービスだけじゃない部分も満足です。
