午後になり天候も回復し汗ばむ陽気に！
腹パンだったお腹も少し余裕が出来たので麺類なら入るかな？と思いこちらへ。
注文は上記！こちらでは1年中冷やし中華が頂けます。
お店へ入ると有名な？お母さんが居ました。生で拝見するのは初めてです。
先ずはスープ・ザーサイ・お茶が運ばれます。ジョキで提供されるお茶は有難いです。
冷やし中華には鶏肉・半卵・きゅうり・レタスの具材達。そこに辣油のような？タレが掛かりますが、
さほど辛くはありません。卓上の辣油を追加投入！です。
麺は冷水でしっかり締められ、弾力もあり好みのタイプです！スープの中には氷が入りキンキンな状態です。
スープの量は多めで、氷が溶け始めると計算されたか？の様にサッパリとした味わいとなり、ゴクゴク頂けました。
因みにこの日は某TV局の取材受けておりました。お店の取材では無いようで紅麹について色々聞かれおりました。

年度末仕事は遅くまで掛かってしまい、コチラが新橋の地で最後のお店となりました。
仕事を終え東京タワーを横目に名残惜しくも虎ノ門駅から帰宅の途につきました。
