仕事の打ち合わせで新橋に来ています。
軽く飲みながら話そうということになり、お店探し。でも週末なので、どこも満席です。そんな中、偶然前のお客様が出てきたタイミングで、「四季煲坊」さんに入店することが出来ました。
店内の壁には凄い数の写真や色紙が貼ってあり、なかなか有名なのにお店の様ですね。後から来られるお客様は大半が予約されており、偶然入店出来てラッキーでした。まずはサッポロラガーの瓶ビールで乾杯しながら、以下をお願いしました。

♦︎鶏軟骨の唐揚げ
炒め物が３つ重なってしまったのですが、結果的にはこれが大正解。どれも中華ならではの強火でサッと炒めてあり、野菜類はシャキッとしています。街中華とは素材も料理のレベルも違うのですが、味付けはそれに近くて少し濃いめ。本格的ながら親しみやすさがあり、人気があるのも理解出来ます。
瓶ビールをもう１本お代わりした後は、紹興酒です。リーズナブルな「古越龍山」をボトルでいただきました。本当にお酒が進みます。
唯一問題があるとすれば、接客でしょうか。ホールは女主人がほぼ１人で担当しておられるのですが、入店して１時間を過ぎる頃から、「早く帰れ」というオーラが半端なく出ています。何度も追加注文を聞きに来たり、食べ終わるや否やお皿を下げたりと落ち着きません。
確かに週末ですし、新規のお客様を断っている状況ですから事情は理解出来ますが、そんなに長時間居座っている訳ではありませんし、せっかくの料理をちゃんと味わうことも難しくなります。まあ、利益に貪欲な中国の方に、丁寧なサービスを求めるのは無理なのかもしれませんね。そんなこともあり、食べ終わって早々にお店を後にしました。
お勘定は２人で9,500円程度です。
