大久保佳代子似のママさんが出迎えてくれます。
2階段に上がるとお座敷～。
何処か懐かしい雰囲気でなんと20周年と言う
老舗の町中華なんです。
この日はいつもお世話になっている
友人のお誕生日会と言う事で
特別に車海老とフカヒレがついたコースに
飲み放題がついて6000円のコースを利用しました。
通常だと10000円はするそう。
宴会は予算に応じて料理内容など相談可能と言うのも
ありがたいです。
まずは生ビールで乾杯

前菜の盛り合わせはお酒のアテにはピッタリ
ナスのスタミナ揚げはカラっと揚がった揚げナスに
ニンニクチップがトッピングされかなり好みでした。
プリプリ海老とイカの揚げ春巻きはしっかりと
味付けされ海老の旨味がきいて美味しい～。
そして黒酢酢豚は大好物で
濃厚で品の良い甘酸っぱさが後を引く美味しさ
お肉も浅い切れ込みが入ってとっても
柔らかかったです。
〆はフカヒレの土鍋御飯
濃厚でとろみのある甘めのタレとご飯が良く合う
デザートの杏仁豆腐も手作り感があって
なめらかな舌触りの杏仁豆腐でサッパリしました。
途中紹興酒を飲んだけど
全くクセがなく奥深さがあって上質な甘味と
スッキリとした飲み口で苦手だったけどこれはかなりイケる！！！
最後はひと段落してから
ママさんが再登場！！！
一気に場が盛り上がります(笑)
