新橋駅から外堀通りに入ってすぐのビルにあるトラジの系列店。
地下のお店は個室のみ。2階は個室と宴会場があり、今回は地下の個室を平日の夜に利用しました。
入り口に消毒液 店員の方は、マスクとゴム手袋を着用されていました。
コース 1人前 1万1000円（税別）を注文
生ビールはグラスが冷えていて美味しいです。
まずは前菜がまとめて運ばれてきました。
キムチ3種盛・・・大根、白菜、キュウリどれも浅めで甘くクセのない味
サラダ・・・素揚げしたカボチャがいいアクセント
オードブル5種
ヒレの湯引きユッケは、タレがかなり甘くてお肉本来の味はわからなかったです。
チャンジャはとても美味しいです。
ゆで豚ポッサムは、エゴマの葉が新鮮でいいアクセントでした。
サーロインの握り・ロース握りは一口サイズで柔らかいですね。

特に肉厚のタン塩が美味しかったです。
しっかりとさしが入った特選のお肉でしたので、追加で野菜盛り2人前を追加注文。
サンチュ、サニーレタス、エゴマの葉、きゅうりは新鮮で美味しいです。
コチュジャンはまろやかな味わい。
もう少しいただきたかったので、ヒレ肉2人前を追加でいただきました。
肉質はその日の仕入れで少し変わるかもしれないですね。
お食事は
サーロインと濃厚卵の究極小鉢飯がついていましたが、冷麺に変更していただきました。
冷麺の麺は太めでもちもち、スープはあっさりしていて美味しかったです。
デザートはココナッツミルクプリン。
コーヒーとお茶もついています。
赤ワインも色々と揃っていたのでついついお酒が進みまして、最後にウーロン茶をいただきました。
全て個室で消毒も徹底されているので、このご時世にはありがたいですね。
