結婚記念日に夫婦でお伺いしました。お店は一休で見つけてお店のHPから予約しました。
プランはAnnivesary course乾杯酒・特性アニバーサリーボックスケーキ付きプランです。
予約は１８：３０でしたが１８時に入っても普通に通して頂きました。
席にはメニューがあり、乾杯酒をアルコールかノンアルを選びスタートです。
天気は生憎の雨模様でしたがTOKYOタワーは良く見える窓側の席でした。
他のプランだと窓側指定が出来ましたが、このプランは指定ではありません。
記念日なので、お店の配慮でしょうかね、有難いです。
シャンパンで乾杯してまずは、雲丹のフランです。雲丹の甲羅をお皿に使用。見た目も綺麗です。
うん、美味しい！フランって何？洋風茶碗蒸しかな？食べないので良く分かりません。
続いて、冬瓜とタスマニアサーモン夏めく大葉の香りと・・・。
こちらは、おしゃれな天ぷらか？ソースも美味しいんですが、やっぱり野菜が美味しい。
冬瓜を薄くスライスして食べた事がありませんがこんな食べ方もあるんですねー。
クラムチャウダーは目の前でトマトムースをエスプーマで乗せます。
スプーン等は使わずに飲みます。暖かいスープと冷たいムースが不思議な感じですが美味しい。
天然鱸は白ワインと牛フィレは赤ワイン。料理をお酒を美味しく頂きました。
アニバーサリーボックスはお願いしたメッセージが蓋にチョコレートで書かれてました。
デザートが来た頃には日も沈み東京タワーも点灯して綺麗な夜景が見えました。
当日は雨で雲が多かったですがそれはそれで幻想的な雰囲気で良かったです。
