汐留シティセンター41階に位置するFish Bank TOKYOからの眺めは、言葉では表現しきれないほど素晴らしかったです。
東京タワー、お台場レインボーブリッジ、六本木ヒルズなど、夜景の名所が一望でき、目を奪われました。
このロケーションは、都会の喧騒を忘れさせてくれる特別な時間を提供してくれました。
● 絶品料理の数々
ロッシーニコースの各料理は、見た目も美しく、味わいも卓越していました。
特に「生ウニのフラン」は、北海道産の生ウニを使用した滑らかで濃厚な味わいが印象的で、絶品でした。
また、和牛フィレ肉とフォアグラのロッシーニは、柔らかい肉質とフォアグラの濃厚な味わいが絶妙にマッチしており、舌の上でとろける感覚は忘れられません。
