おもてなしから、食事まで、全てが完璧。
17:30の開店と同時に入店し、まずは明るい時間の東京タワーとビル群を見渡しながら乾杯。
東京に長くいるのに、ここまで東京を見下ろしながらご飯するのは初めてかも…と思いつつ、まずは「うにのフラン」。
シャンパンによく合い、一品目からいいコースの始まり。
季節の一品は、「桜鯛の低温調理〜グリーンアスパラガスのソースにベールを纏わせて〜」。
桜鯛がとても身が柔らかく、また切るとお花がチラッと出てきて彩りも鮮やか。
アスパラのソースも絶品。
また、19:00になると、
「19:00なので東京タワーがライトアップされます」としっかりお声がけしてくださるので、ライトアップの瞬間を楽しむことができました。
そして、メインの「和牛フィレとフォアグラのロッシーニ」は、もう口の中が幸福…
コロナ禍でフォアグラの仕入れが難しく、コース料理に復活したのは最近とのこと。
いくらでも食べれそうでした…
夕方から夜にかけて東京の雰囲気が変わり、とてもロマンチックで、ぜったいまた大切な日に使いたいです！
隣や別の席でも、お祝い事がされていて、とても優しい気持ちになりました。
このお席は、なかなか予約が取れないとのことでコース窓際確約を取らないとならないとのこと！
