大好きな厚切りベーコン・カルボナーラ！
ラ・ベルデさんの厚切りベーコン・カルボナーラを
一番最初に食べたのは、もう２０年以上前のこと。
確か、新宿三丁目、横浜や恵比寿、渋谷、京都にも
出店されておられました。
また記憶に新しい、昨年秋の有楽町の閉店。
これはビルが解体されることによるものでしたが
最終日には２番目に並んで行きました。
本当に、大好きな厚切りベーコン・カルボナーラ
なんですが不思議なのは、ほかに真似をしている
お店が皆無なんです…
私はグルメでも何でもありませんから
ただ、知らないだけかもしれません。
でも、無理に探す必要性もありません
ここへ来れば、食べられるのですから…
愛しの厚切りベーコンのカルボナーラ
トラットリア・ラ・ベルデさんには
30年近くお世話になっております。
しかしながら…日比谷店さんに来たのは
今日が初めてとなります。
以前は横浜、京都、新宿、最近は有楽町に
行ってましたが閉店になりました。
思い出したようにこちらへ…
開店と同時に入店✨
私の大好きな…
「厚切りベーコンのカルボナーラ」

夜ならメガ盛りにしたいところですが…
レギュラーサイズで…
お馴染みの赤いテーブルクロスでいただく
カルボナーラは大好きな味わいであり
厚切りベーコンがさらに食欲を満たしてくれます！
本当に懐かしい味です。
そして…満腹です(笑)
また来よう…

西新橋や日比谷に近づくと、必ずラ・ベルデさんに
立ち寄れるかを考えるのですが…ランチに来店して
異変？を感じました(笑)
ランチタイムについてくるサラダとドリンクが
サラダバーとドリンクバーに変わっていたのです！
これは！大変嬉しいです！！
我が愛しのカルボナーラに…
サラダバー＆ドリンクバー…
もはや最強です！
気がつけば、ランチタイムの最後まで
居座ってしまいました
