新橋、赤レンガ通りから、数歩のビルの2階の焼肉店。30年程前に、焼肉と言えば、赤坂、赤坂と言えば、草の家さんでした。新橋店は、初。ランチ営業は3階で、階段を上がりますと、ソーシャル・ディスタンスを確保できるテーブル席に座れます。ランチメニューのリニューアルで、カレー500円、牛すじ丼600円、冷麺・ビビンパ500円、焼肉ランチも可能ですが、牛すじ丼を頼みます。この時節でも、サラダバーがあり、キャベツ、ニンジン、ダイコン、レタス等のシンプルな野菜と２種類のドレッシング、お茶２種類、トングを使い、盛り付け、ピリ辛ドレッシングを使います。サラダを平らげ、入店から6分で来ました牛すじ丼とワカメスープに遷移します。濃いめの味の牛すじ丼と薄めの味のワカメスープを一気に頂き、この時節に歓談する先客よりも先に退出しましたが、ボリュームがあり、夕刻まで空腹を感じません。
