美味しい牛タンを求めて訪問しました。
「太助」さんは、虎ノ門店によく伺わせて頂いていました。
11時開店と同時に入店。
店内は白木を基調とした落ち着いた雰囲気です。
カウンター席に案内頂きました。
◾️牛たん焼き定食（塩）4枚、8切@2,390円（税込）
※和風テールスープ、麦めし、漬物付き
◾️とろろ@150円

一番目の客だったので、牛たんが焼き上がったら直ぐに配膳されました。
牛たんは、しっかりした噛み応えがあり、香ばしく焼けていて美味しかったです。もう少し、サクサクした歯切れ感があると良いかな。
麦めしと出汁の効いたとろろのコンビが素晴らしく、ご飯が進みました。大好きな青唐辛子味噌が二切れしか無かったのが残念ポイント。
一番印象に残るのは、テールスープ。出汁が良く出ていて、葱のシャキシャキ感とゴロっとした骨付き肉が素晴らしく、大変美味しく頂きました。
接客は全体的に丁寧ですし、前回横浜の「青葉」で頂いた牛たん定食よりは満足感がありました。
牛たん自体が高騰しているので、ある程度高い価格設定は致し方ないですが、日常的なランチ利用は難しいですかね。
