本日はかねさかさんで寿司ランチ。
出てきたのは下記。

圧巻の握りコースでした。
酸味と塩味と甘みのシャリのバランス感覚、握りの口の中でホロける感じ、粒感を残した米感等、めっちゃ私好みの握り。
ネタで特に美味しかったのは、小肌、中トロ、白海老、穴子（塩の方）。
最後の卵焼きはまるでプリンのような美味しさでした。
銀座でこのクオリティで20000円程度のお会計で済むのはすごいです。
大将も気さくな感じでとっても居心地良く過ごせました。
