平日のランチコース（正午〜）に伺いました。WEB予約（一休）出来るのは助かります。開始時刻の十分前に一番乗りで到着してしまったのですが、待機できる前室があって有り難かったです。
八席あるカウンターには、常連の方、地方の方、訪日客の方が並ばれましたが、柔和な大将が人に合わせてお話を振って下さるので凛としつつも穏やかな雰囲気でした。飲み物はシャンパン、日本酒、ビール etc.です。
大将の惚れ惚れとする所作、最高のシャリ、ネタ薬味の塩梅…で提供される寿司。最高の持て成しを受けていると感じました。
胡麻豆腐、平目、鯛、大間の鮪（三種）、戻り鰹、墨烏賊、縞鯵、白海老(!)、煮蛤(!)、いくら、雲丹、煮穴子（塩、詰め）、鉄火巻、玉子、デザート…全十五貫はまた頂きたくなるものばかりで約一時間半の素晴らしいコースでした。
写真NGであることに賛否があるかも知れませんが、そのお陰で茶席で持て成しを受けたかの様な
落ち着いた上質な時間を過ごせました。
