「銀座鮨かねさか本店」さんへ約5年ぶりの訪問です。
鮨かねさか本店さんは説明不要の銀座鮨の名店。
本店はミシュラン二つ星獲得。
パレスホテル東京、青山、神戸、The Okura Tokyo 山里、すし家、鮨一新、すし家祥太、永田町鮨かねさか、Shinji by Kanesaka、Sushi Kanesaka、Kanesaka Hong Kongと国内外に13店舗を構える
金坂グループの銀座が総本山です。
店内の撮影はNGの為、今回は外観のみで。
今回は私以外はすべて外国のお客様。
インバウンドは完全回復ですね！
今回はランチの握りコースを。
舎利の酸味は穏やかで程よい硬さ握りは
温度管理もばっちりで口の中で解け方も良好。
素晴らしいタネと調和され味の整った美しい江戸前鮨です。
大間の鮪3連に縞鯵、煮蛤が特に美味しかったです！
かなさかグループの総本山の素晴らしい江戸前鮨を堪能しました。
