There are 5 completely private rooms in the restaurant, a space where you can relax and enjoy your meal. 数回訪問しているのだけれど、移転後はこれで２回目。
明らかに店主の料理センス、技術は向上していると実感。
と、こんな書き出しをしたら「生意気な！」と思われるかもしれないが、移転前はどちらかというと大衆割烹料理店の延長・・・的な印象だった。
店は手狭だったしねぇ。
でも移転後のこの店は、白木をふんだんに使った見事な和食店へと昇華し、デートでも、接待でも、個人利用でも十分なほどの雰囲気を持っていると感じる。
料理も決して他の高級和食店に引けを取るものではないと思う。
他の和食店よりも提供される皿の数が多いので、１品１品のボリュームは控えめだが、それはむしろうれしい配慮だ。
何より使っている器。
前はこんなんだったっけ？・・・見ているだけで美しい。
何故この店の評価がこれほど低いのか意味が分からん（これを書いている時点で３．０８）。
今回はちょいとお高い日本酒とワインをボトルで入れたので３万～となってしまったが、通常ならば２万円前後で食せるし、ＣＰも悪くない。
店主は朴訥で目立つことを恐らく好まない職人気質な方なのだろう。
あまりメディアも好まないのかな？・・・勝手な推測だが。
日本酒をお願いするとお猪口を選べるのだが、私はいつも江戸切子で頂く。
今回も見事な藍色のそれを選んだ。
元々この店は、とあるお寿司屋さんが「いい店あるよ」と教えてくれた縁で伺ったのだが、一人客も多い。
前回訪問時には女性が一人カウンターで料理を楽しんでいた。
かっこよすぎるでしょ～。
移転前からの長年の付き合いがある顧客に支えられているのだろうね。
そうした常連客は食べログの評価など気にしないだろうし。
紹介してくれた寿司屋の主人は銀座の名店主だけはあり、本当に「穴場」的な店を紹介してくれた事に感謝している。
最後に特質すべき点として、ワインのセレクションが素晴らしい。
料理に合う絶品の赤白ワインがそろえられている。
そこまで私もワインに詳しくはないけれど、お酒が弱い私が頂いて「こりゃ美味い！」と思うくらい料理に合うのだから、是非通の方にも試してみてほしい。
次回は年明けに訪問予定だ。
