18時すぎから利用。1階はカウンターメインで、2階が座敷になっているのかな。我々は2名だったので、1階のカウンターに案内される。
事前予約しておいた、初心者コース(税込2,800)を。こちらは6品にドリンク1杯がついたコースになり、オリオンビールを選択して、飲み開始。
料理はどれも一工夫してあり、美味しい。天ぷらはもずくと紅芋。紅芋の方は所謂フライドポテトだが、芋の甘味が感じられ、特徴的。ゴーヤちゃんぷる〜は完璧なんじゃないか。何件か回っているが、今のところ暫定1位。ボリュームもあり、ご飯が欲しくなる。
ブルーシールアイスは、ココナッツ風味で濃厚で美味い。口直しにいい。
追加した単品の中では、ゴーヤチップスが特に良かった。塩味でやや濃い目の味付けだが、つまみに最適。
ひらやちは生地が薄くちょっと期待外れだったかな。
ウインナーはごく普通。沖縄料理でウインナーとかSPAMをよく見かけるが、米軍基地があるから根づいたのか。
飲み物はビールをおかわりし、その後瑞泉を水割りで。クセがなく飲みやすいね。
夜はほぼ満席で、予約なしの人は途中から断られていたので、予約は必須かと。
