【来店動機】食べログを見て訪問。
新橋駅から歩いて10分弱、「ザ・カリ」に開店15分前に到着しました。
この時点で先客・並び共になし。
開店までの間に他４名が並びました。

開店と同時に着席、カウンターだけの店内はそれほど大きくはありませんが常連さんを中心にパラパラと訪問、５分くらいで満席となっておりました。
▪️エビと森のきのこ 930円
他のメニューには辛口とやや辛口の表記はあるものの注文したエビと森のきのこには辛さ表記なしだったが実際には中辛より少し辛めの味わい、ちょうどいい辛さでした。
カレーの中身もたくさんのキノコとエビがインド式のサラサラとしたルウに入り適度なコクと旨みが溢れています。
エビは尻尾の殻までスナック感覚で食べることができ、余すところなくいただくことができました。
少し早めに来て並びましたが、これは並ぶ価値のあるカレーだと思います。
こちらはまた定期的に伺いたいと思います。
