仕事でお昼時に新橋に寄ることになり、兼ねてより気になっていたザ・カリへ。
雨の中、新橋駅からは少し距離がありますが、苦になる距離ではなく、気分を高めるのに丁度良い距離感。平時お昼時を過ぎていましたが店内は丁度満席でしばし店内でならびました。
オーダーは看板メニューのビーフ辛口をセレクト。
付け合わせはコールスロー。ジャガイモも迷いましたが、辛口なのでスッキリ味をチョイス。
カウンター席から見える厨房は綺麗に整頓され、各自の分業体制が完璧に整っている流れるようで眺めているだけで気持ち良い。
こう言うお店が僕は好きなんです。
そして実食。
想像通りの旨さ、突き抜けて変わったところはなく、正統派なビーフカレーだと思いますが、本当に気持ちの良いからさ。牛肉の塊もしっかり煮込まれ旨い。
ここは通いたくなるカレーです。
