新橋老舗の有名すき焼屋さんで久しぶりのランチ。
「けさ」ではなく「いまあさ」です。
12：00頃空いてました。穴場感あります。
なので広々な四人掛けテーブル席を一人で使わせていただきました。
すき焼き等お肉メインのランチが中心ですが、今回は本日の定食1370円を。
数に限りがあるということですが、その点は心配なさそう・・
本当にすぐ！（3分ぐらい？）に提供されました。
この日は鶏肉のガーリックソテーがメイン！
他にサラダ、ごはん、お味噌汁、香の物がつきます。
鶏肉は確かにガーリックが効いてますが、身は柔らかく優しいお味でほっこり。
お肉のしたにもソテーしたお野菜がたっぷり。
定食と言えども栄養のバランスも良さそう。
老舗感たっぷりの定食でしたがたまにはこういうのもいいなあ。
ひとりでまったりランチにもぴったり。
豚の生姜焼きの日もあるようでそれもいいなぁ。
とはいえ次回はやっぱりすき焼きランチかなーと。
