またまた、港区PayPayポイントバックが使える店を探し、
その中から、行きたい店を決めました。
今回のお店 ◎刀削麺・火鍋・西安料理 XI’AN 新橋店
ランチタイムピークと重なりましたが、運良く、4人がけテーブルに通されました。
普段は仕切りあり相席仕様ですが、誰も来られませんでした。
◆麻辣刀削麺 880円
ランチの麺類は、期間限定&レギュラーいろいろありましたが、一番気になった品を注文。
10分弱で提供されましたが、サプライズは、杏仁豆腐！定食には、付いてくることが多いですが...単品では初めて。
さあ、実食。
スープを一口飲んでみると、思ったより、辛くなく、少し、酸味さえ感じます。全体的に、深みのある大好きな味。
刀削麺は、太さが不揃いなのが、手作りの証拠。
幅広で、モチモチした味わいで、大満足。
麺を食せる喜びがジワジワと感じられます。
丼面の緑は、パクチー&さやいんげん。
わたくしは、パクチー全然大丈夫ですから、大歓迎^_^
中盤に、肉味噌をスープに溶かし入れます。
それほど辛いものではないので、スープのテイストは、あまり変わらず。ただ、肉がある安心感は、何よりもありがたい。
これからは、一気に食べ進め、あっという間に完食。もっと空腹なら、大盛っていうのもありですね。
最後に、杏仁豆腐。とても甘くて、美味しいものでした。
冷水を飲み干して、PayPayで会計。
20%ポイントバックですから、今回は、実質700円で、美味しい麺➕杏仁豆腐を堪能できたわけです。本当に美味しかった。ごちそうさま。
