世界バイキングエトワール第一ホテル東京さんに行ってきましたー✨
春爛漫ブッフェ 大人4300円
11:30開始で前に2組程待ってました。開始時刻には平日だったので半分程席が埋まった感じでした。
ローストビーフやパスタなどはシェフがその場で作り渡してくれました。メインであろうローストビーフは柔らかくてソースも美味しかったです。オススメの牛肉とビーツのトマトスープも塊肉が柔らかく煮込まれてて美味しかったです。その他にも春が旬の食材を色々使っていて目にも鮮やかでいいですね。全体的に優しい味付けが多かったと思います。カトラリーの種類がちょっと少なくて食べづらいものもあったかなと思いましたが4000円なら妥当かと思います。
