銀座7丁目～8丁目交差点の間に位置する、ザ・中華料理屋。
赤の看板・赤の提灯・赤の小物、中国色たっぷりの大衆中華と言っても失礼ではないコンセプト。
このお店の凄いところは、そう、「営業時間が朝5時まで」というところ。それでも客が来るのは、さすが銀座である。
金曜日はなんと朝6時までやっているが、この1時間の違いは必要なのだろうか。
5時でも始発は動いているし、この時間であと1時間飲みたい！という時間帯でもないと思うのだが。
味は、一言でいえば、まちまち。美味しさを求めてはいけないお店だと思う。
ターゲットは、まさしく銀座の二次会三次会、銀座で働くお姉さまやスタッフの方々の食事処、帰れなくなったリーマンか。
当然にして、この時間帯に営業している中華、というよりお店がほぼ無いため、行き場を失った人たちのよりどころとなっている。
確かに、この近くで働く方に連れられて行った三軒目がここだったが、「ここしかないからしょうがないよね」と言っていた。あとは、はしご本店くらいか。
お昼時は、ボリューミーかつ72席のそこそこ広いこともあり、銀ブラするアジア人観光客をガッチリ取り込む。
この地で長らくこのスタンスで経営していることがすごいと思うお店である。
