久しぶりに家族で昼食を食べることになり、本当に久方ぶりの鉄板焼き。
調理を見ている楽しさも含め、鉄板焼きはコースが楽しい。
仙台牛のステーキは、霜降りの部分と、赤身が多い部分と、それぞれが違ううま味で美味。
鯛、海老、ホタテもすべてが美味しかった。
食事後の家族内でのイベントも非常に思い出深く、いい一日になった。
