第一ホテル東京21階に位置する「鉄板焼 一徹」は、素晴らしい接客と素晴らしい景色を提供するレストランです。最上階からの景色は東京タワーを一望でき、私は夕方まだ明るかったですが、夜はきっと夜景が美しく、食事をさらに特別なものにしてくれと思います。一休からコースメニューを予約しました。
鉄板焼のパフォーマンスは素晴らしく、ブランディーで派手な炎が何度も上がり、食事をエンターテインメントに変えてくれます。特に驚いたのは、生きたアワビをそのまま鉄板で焼いて提供してくれたことです。アワビの鮮度と風味は最高で、一口食べるたびに贅沢な味わいを楽しむことができました。
メニューも充実しており、先付け、前菜、アンチョビバターソースで提供された活蝦夷鮑と茸の鉄板焼き、サラダ、オーストラリア産の牛フィレ肉のステーキ、ご飯、味噌椀、香の物、デザートの盛り合わせ、最後にコーヒーまたは紅茶が含まれています。このコースでもお腹いっぱいになりました。
