【2008年6月中央区銀座7より移転】 |
ワイン好きの知人にこちらのお店に連れてってもらいました。
この日は予約で満席でカウンター席に座りました。
カウンター良いですね。
島田さんの鮮やかな手さばきが拝見できます。
今回は春らしいメニュー満載でした。
前菜盛り合わせの中にふきのとうのソースがあったり、菜の花がもりだくさんだったり、とっても美味しかったです。
一つ一つ手が込んでる料理なのにサクサクと作業をこなすのが本当にすごいと思いました。
そしてワイン！
おいし～いドイツワインが飲めます。
あまりにも美味しくて3本いただきました（白赤白）。
料理にも相性抜群です。
美味しかったし楽しかった！
ここは知らないと絶対に入れないお店なので、教えてくれた知人に感謝です！
