【2008年6月中央区銀座7より移転】 |
女性の友人と二人で伺いました。
アクシデントに見舞われ予定していたお店に入れず、ワイン好きの友人が勧めてくれたこちらのお店にお邪魔しました。
お店は女性の方お一人で切り盛りされているようで、予約はしておらず団体さんもいらっしゃったのに快く受け入れてくれました。
お料理はどれも素朴な美味しさで、華やかさはないのですが素材の味が活きていて美味しかったです。
ワインに明るくないためお勧めを伺い、白ワインを二杯ペアリングしていただきました。
赤が苦手とワガママを言ったのですが、両方ともお料理にとてもよく合っていました。
ラザニアのホワイトソースには小麦粉を使用しないなど、拘り抜いた逸品とそれに合うワインが揃っています。
また銀座に行った際には伺いたいと思います。
