木曜12時頃訪店。新橋のお蕎麦屋さん。この時間、ほぼ満席。お蕎麦屋さんあるあるで、回転は速い。
鴨せいろ(¥1450)をオーダー。すぐにサーブされた。
暖かいつゆに、鴨肉、ネギが入っている。せいろそばは、硬めの茹でで、つゆとの絡みが良い。つゆはちょっと甘めで、鴨肉には合っている。鴨肉は4ピースほどで、柔らかく旨味がしっかりしている。
お客様は近隣でお勤めの方が多いのか、スピードビジネスランチになっている。
