週末のお昼
おいしいサンドイッチとともにのんびりとした時間を過ごそうとパークホテル東京
今日のような天気では眺望は期待できませんが、汐留駅から地下通路で雨に濡れることなく移動できることがありがたいのであります
直通するエレベーターでロビー階へと上がってみますと…
宿泊されているであろう外国人観光客の姿に賑やかさを感じていたラウンジは静寂に包まれていますし、お邪魔した『アートカラーズダイニング』も先客がひと組だけと寂しい状況でありました
とは言え、14:00を過ぎた頃からは三段ハイティーで提供されるアフタヌーンティーを目的としているのか、女性たちがポツポツと来店されていましたね
厚切りのサーモンフライやたっぷりの野菜が挟まれた「ミルフィーユサンド」がお気に入りであったのですが、残念なことにいつの頃にか「クラブハウスサンド」へと変更されてしまっていて…
仕方なくそれをいただこうかと思っていたところに「和牛のボロネーゼ」の英語表記“Fettuccine with Wagyu Meat Sauce”にある“Fettuccine”の文字が目に飛び込んできたのであります
ずっとフェットチーネやタリアテッレと言った平打ち麺にたっぷりなワインで煮込まれた濃厚なソースが掛けられるボロネーゼを提供してくれるお店を探していたこともありそれをお願いいたします
カボチャのポタージュに続いて提供されたボロネーゼはしっかりと焼き付けられたゴロッとしたミンチと期待どおりの濃厚なデミグラスソースと満足なものであるのですが…
フェットチーネのモチモチ感が少なかったことだけが残念でありました
食後にコーヒーを提供してくれたスタッフがとても感じ良い方でしたので近況を尋ねてみますと、東京除外が解除される10月からの宿泊予約も増えているとのこと
感染者拡大にも留意が必要ですが、withコロナ的な考えのこと1日も早く日常に戻すことが必要だと思います
