汐留にあるパークホテル東京内の花山椒で2022年 3月15 日までの期間限定のコースを堪能してきました。長坂真護氏のアート展「Still A Black Star」とのコラボ企画。
アートと連動しASC認証の鯛１尾を無駄なく使用するという鯛尽くしのコース「THE MOON」はワタシにも環境にもやさしい懐石料理ってとっても今ドキ。完全予約制で特別懐石「THE MOON」30,000 円（税・サ込）にペアリングのドリンクが6,000円（税・サ込）でアルコールもノンアルにも対応。
ちなみにペアリングにはこれまた限定コラボの「フルムーン」をモチーフにしたカクテル(1600円)も含まれています。ゆっくりと時間をかけて氷の月を溶かしつつ楽しむのがなんとも新しい。楽しい。(カクテルのみBarで楽しむことも可能)
たまにはしっとりと美味なる和食を楽しみながら、世界とアートとつながるディナー、おすすめです。
