「コリドー街の入口に構える、大人のお店。オイスターがメインのほか、黒毛和牛、雲丹いくら、ワインなど、ブルジョワが好きそうなメニューがこれでもかと並ぶお店。
もちろん個室も用意されていて、ガラス張りのお部屋が特別感を演出してくれます。店員さんも容姿端麗な人が多い。
さまざまなソースと合わせて食べる生牡蠣と、牡蠣グラタンやフライは当然の美味さ。驚いたのは変わり種の牡蠣アイス。牡蠣のエキスが感じられつつしっかりアイスで、なんともいえないお味でした笑」
