立ち食いそば屋
春菊そば 550円
（390円+160円）
交差点の角にある。外観はゴチャゴチャしているが、店内はシンプルでスッキリしていて清潔感もある。
立ち食いカウンターのみ5〜6席。
うさぎやの名前の由来は分からない。
トッピングの料金は160円均一。品により多少損得を感じる。
春菊をのせよう。口頭で注文。
小さい音でラジオが流れているが、静寂の中にそばを啜る音のみがしている感じ。厨房の二人の男性の口調ももの静か。
天ぷらは予め揚げてありのせるだけ。
そばと引き換えに支払い。
そばは白っぽい。グレーではなくやや茶色がかっている印象。中太。
風味も歯応えも頼りないが、汁が熱いせいか、嫌な印象はあまりしない。
春菊は冬の野菜だが、苦みから春が連想される感じが好きだ。刻みネギも美味しい。
美味過ぎず不味過ぎず、立ち食いそばの分際をわきまえた一杯が良い。
