純立ち食い、入口複数、オヤジ１人。
平日昼過ぎ14時前に訪問、先客1人。
天ぷら残りかき揚げ1つ。
この日の入店は僕でラストだった。
その理由は天ぷらが終わりだからか、14時までだったからなのかわからずだが。
じゃあそれでと天ぷらそば。そば390円に天ぷら160円。
しっかり濃いつゆは香りよく酸味もある。
小海老の天ぷらがつゆに染みて美味しい。
しなやかなそばもいい感じに染まって、
やっと、定評ある一品を味わえた気分。
別に店のオヤジは親切だったので対応がどうこうではなく、
江戸を感じる硬派な雰囲気が漂うお店でした。
