コンラッド東京のレストランは、フレンチ、中華に続いて３回目。
今回は和食にしました。
フレンチはビル側なので眺望良くないし、中華は海側ですが、同じく海側の和食の方が位置的に眺望はベストですね。
和食の中は懐石、鉄板、寿司に分かれています。
今回は鉄板。
一番奥に鉄板カウンターがあります。
素晴らしい眺望！！
5800円のステーキのコースをいただきました。
ヒレとサーロインを注文し、２人で半々に。
ちょうど常連らしき先客がいたため、板長さんではなく別の方が焼いてくださいました。
前菜は湯葉。雲丹が載せてあり、出汁の効いたあんかけが美味。
焼き野菜はアスパラ、エリンギ、かぼちゃ、玉ねぎなど定番ですね。
付けだれがいろいろ用意されていて、良いです。
サラダはオレンジとレモンのドレッシングで爽やか。
ししとうのすり流しは大人の苦味、中に入っている蟹の甘さが絶妙。大人の味。
お肉はサーロインは宮崎、ヒレは秋田だったかな（逆だったかも？）
特別上質とういうわけではないけど、レアとミディアムと半々で出していただき、
どちらも美味しくいただきました。
年齢的にあまり脂が強すぎるのもきついので、このくらいのほうが逆に食べやすい。
ご飯と汁物のあと、
食後のデザートは眺望の良い、別席で。
フランボワーズのムースとごまプリンをいただきました。
鉄板焼きのデザート、あまり期待できるところありませんが、
うかいの次に美味しいかな。
のんびりできる座席でゆっくりさせていただきました。
懐石と併設だから鉄板の間の前菜なども出汁がよく出て美味しいと思いながら食べていましたが、
こちらの中は、懐石、寿司、鉄板とそれぞれに板長さんがいらして、ぜんぜん別々なのだそうです。
ですから、今回のお料理はすべて鉄板の板さんのプロデュース。
ホテルの和食らしく、設備もサービスもよく、
大変満足させていただきました。
フレンチもまぁ美味しいですが、眺望がないですし、
中華は眺望は良くても、お味はあまり好みではなかったので、
私としては鉄板はコンラッド東京の中で一番お薦めです。
