桜の開花宣言が出たと思ったら、あっという間に満開に。
桜がテーマのアフタヌーンティーがいただきたくなり、急きょ電話。
16時〜のカウンター席なら可能とのことで早速伺いました。
予約時間に到着すると、受付に数組いらして5分ほど待ちます。
ラウンジ内はほぼ満席でほとんど女性。
ホール担当の方が運んでいるのは、皆アフタヌーンティーセット。
アフタヌーンティー人気はすごいですね。
・さくら苺アフタヌーンティー 4900円（＋サービス料＋税）2時間制
このセットは休日はドリンク1杯のみですが、
＋1000円で、アフタヌーンティーセレクションに加え、
以下のメニューからもお替わり自由とのことで追加。
・ティーフローフリーセレクション 1000円
カウンター席は高い位置にあるので景色が見えます。
満席ゆえ、ホール担当の方たちも手一杯の感じ。
ティーは、まずアイスで
（ブラックティー）ダージリン・スプリング
（フレーバーティー）ジャスミンパール
２杯目は緑茶ですが、あまり緑色に見えませんが、
味わいには緑茶とジャスミンぽい感じはしました。
15分くらいして正方形のガラスのトレイが到着。
可愛らしいセイボリ―とスイーツが綺麗に並んでいます。
やはりピンク色が基調。グリーンを効果的に使っているのがおしゃれ。
■セイボリー
・鰆のぶぶあられフライバーガー（桜葉のマヨネーズソース、桜のバンズ）
桜のバンズがいいですね。なかをぶぶあられにしたのもアイデア。
・スモークチキンとチェダーチーズ、胡瓜のサンドイッチ
ほうれん草ブレッドで、桜バターと苺ジャムのアクセント
・桜海老と新玉ネギのキッシュ
■スイーツ
・桜ムースのタルト ストロベリージュレ
・春色ロールケーキ 苺と桜のクリーム
・桜餅と苺のヴェリーヌ
・抹茶ベイクドチーズケーキ 苺を添えて
・桜マカロン
小ぶりながら、皆見栄えも良く、きちんと作られていています。
特に桜色ロールケーキが気に入りました。
■スコーン
・よもぎとプレーンのスコーン クロテッドクリームと黒みつ添え
（ブラックティー）ジュエル・オブ・ヌワラエリア
ポットではなくカップで。そのほうが嬉しい。
これは気品ある薫りで濃厚な味わい。
（フレーバーティー）スモークド・チャイナ
中国茶とインド茶をブレンド。若干クセのあるアロマ感。
見た目は1杯目と同じなので、写真省略。
とても賑々しく、あまりホテル内の優雅でリラックスした雰囲気ではありませんでしたが
急きょ、桜の季節にさくら色の見目麗しく可愛らしいスイーツを楽しめたので満足です。
ごちそうさまでした。
今年の桜、少しでも長く楽しめると良いですね。
