虎ノ門にある和食店。京味出身とのこと。ほくほくのきぬかつぎ、梅肉で頂く鱧の湯引きというシンプルなお料理からスタートする。火入れや温度が絶妙で美味い。鴨、お刺身、鮎の塩焼と続く。鮎の塩焼は頭から蓼酢で頂くと苦味と酸味と自然の味わいが抜群に上品。締めの牛しぐれ煮と頂くご飯が最高で、お変わり必須。
