京味の味を引き継いでいるお店の一角として名高い『新ばし 笹田』に初訪店しました。
京味系の中でもいち早く独立されたと聞いております。
シンプルながらCPが良いと評判、以下のお料理をいただきました。

季節の品が一連の流れで出されました。
印象に残った品は"カマス棒寿司"とシメのごはん。
しっとりとしたシャリに程よく脂の乗ったカマスと合わさっています。
シメのごはんは京味系定番の"おじゃこ"と"牛時雨"以外に"鯛の漬け""いくら"が登場。
炊き立てごはんと最高、5〜6杯食べてしまいました。
他のお料理も美味しいのですが、残念ながら感動やまた食べたいという欲求にまでは発展しませんでした。
今回は11月、次回来るとすれば4〜7月のどこかで旬の物をいただきたいです。
