■銀座通り添い、天国の斜め前のビル２F。入り口を入ると縁台やつくばいなど、日本情緒たっぷりで、和服の女将がお出迎えしてくれます。
■お座敷は、広めの８畳間くらい？ 床の間は、扇子の書の軸と花が飾られ、桜の皮（？）つきの丸柱と、数寄屋造り。特注らしい黒塗りの座卓は、詰めれば８人は座れそうな大きさ。ここに４人で座るのは、ゆったりしてとても良い感じ。座卓の下が掘ってあるので、足を楽に座れます。
■「懐石」をうたいながらコースの形だけがそれ風で、「会席」にした方がよほどすっきりするのにと思う店が多い中、この店は、お茶の心得のある方が設えているのだろうと感じさせます。
■仲居さんが運んでくるお料理は、なかなか手が込んでいます。茶懐石ほど侘びさびを追求したものではありませんが、「あれもこれも御馳走したい」という意志が読み取れ、わかりやすお味つけ。まだ若い花板さんが、持ち前のサービス精神を発揮しているのでしょうか。雑味を除いた「枯淡の境地」には遠いものの、それなりに好感のもてる料理でした。
■こりに凝ったというよりも、いろいろな意味でわかりやすいお店でした。
