お世話になってる方からのお誘い。それも新橋のシェリーバーでの待ち合わせ。ここも今は昔になってしまったバー。
飲み方も客も変わるとこんなになるものか？気を静めて待ってると外へ出ようとの指示、このあたりで会食する場所は
「京味」それともひさしぶりに関西の味「美々卵」期待は膨らむが・・場所は違う。雑踏の中、小道を分けは行ったところに
「糸賀」の入り口を暖簾を割ってはいる。白木のカウンターに腰を下ろして、珍味をあてに飲み始める。いい仕事なのはカウンター越しからも頂いている小鉢からも伝わってくる。
新しい趣向を取り入れてこともなく黙々と基本にあった料理を提供してくれる。寿司はそこそこになってしまったが、次は寿司をメインに伺いたい。２階の座敷もあるようだが、カウンターで食したい肩肘張らないお店である、。
